The Extech MO265 is a pin/pinless moisture meter that can measure relative moisture in wood and other building materials using pinless technology while also determining percentage moisture in sheetrock and other materials using the direct pin method. The measurements are presented on a backlit digital LCD and a tri-color LED bargraph. Pinless non-invasive depth measurement up to 22 mm (0.75 in) below the surface. In addition, a remote pin probe is incorporated for measuring moisture in difficult-to-access areas. Includes 9-volt battery, replacement pins, remote pin probe, protective cover, and bag case.

Extech's MO257 Moisture Meter provides non-invasive, pinless moisture measurements on wood and building materials. This meter is simple to use and includes an automatic calibration feature. It also has a ball moisture sensor for smooth glide on hard or fragile surfaces. A big backlit triple LCD displays moisture readings as well as maximum and minimum readings; the user may also set two alarm levels to display a visual alert (flashing "RISK" or "WET" indicators) and a beeper alert. The MO257 is a must-have equipment for studying the consequences of water leaking behind walls and in ceilings, as well as detecting moisture content on nonflat surfaces.

The Extech MO230 Pocket Moisture Meter has a big dual graphical LCD that displays moisture in wood and other building materials, as well as air temperature and relative humidity. The analog bargraph shows moisture, minimum/maximum moisture readings, and a programmable wet/dry indicator. Apply to wood, paper, wallboard, sheetrock, cardboard, plaster, concrete, and mortar. The memory has three wood groups and four building material groups, each with calibrations for around 150 wood species and 19 building material types. The index mode provides programmed high and low values, allowing for rapid moisture detection through comparison measurement. Replaceable threaded electrode pins, impact-resistant casing, automatic power off to conserve battery life, built-in battery check, and measurement verification test. Comes with a protective lid, replacement pins, and three CR-2032 button batteries.
