The Contact Thermometer TM55 is a foldable pocket food thermometer. This small stem thermometer, with a 61 mm (2.4 in) stainless steel probe, is NSF approved for measuring liquids, pastes, and semi-solid foods. Accurately measures temperatures ranging from -40°C to 250°C (-40°F to 482°F). It comes with a built-in magnetized strip for attaching to refrigerators and a CR2032 battery.
