The Extech RF15 monitors sugar concentrations in fruit juice and industrial fluids between 0 and 32 percent Brix, with a maximum resolution of 0.2 percent Brix and automated temperature correction. It just takes two or three drops of solution, and the prism and lens with focus adjustment enable straightforward, repeatable measurements. The RF15 comes with a case, calibration screwdriver, plastic pipette, and calibration solution.
