The Extech 480403 Motor Rotation and 3-Phase Tester is rated from 40 to 600 volts and can test the phase orientation of 3-phase power sources across a frequency range of 2 Hz to 400 Hz. LEDs show phase orientation (clockwise or counterclockwise) and whether each phase is active. In addition, it indicates the motor's rotation direction to ensure that it is not destroyed by faulty wiring. The meter comes with a cable, three huge color-coded alligator clips, a bag case, and a 9V battery.
