The Extech MO280 performs non-invasive moisture readings in wood and other building materials with minimal surface damage. The MO280, with a measurement depth of 22 mm (0.75 in) below the surface, uses electro-magnetic technology to quickly detect moisture content in building materials. Choose from ten wood types and measurement ranges. The LCD displays the percentage of moisture in the wood or other substance under test. The MO280 also includes an automatic internal test and calibration, as well as a low battery indicator. Complete with a 9V battery and bag case.
