The Extech CG204 is a portable meter that can measure coating thickness non-invasively and recognize ferrous and non-ferrous substrates automatically. The tester use dual technologies to detect ferrous (magnetic induction measurement) and nonferrous (eddy current measurement) surfaces. It includes single and continuous measurement modes, direct and group working modes, 400-reading memory storage, and user-programmable high/low alarms. The CG204 includes two AAA batteries, a USB cable, software, calibration iron, calibration aluminum, accuracy standards, a pouch case, and a user handbook.

The CG104 is a pocket-sized coating thickness tester that allows for quick one-handed operation and non-destructive thickness measurements on ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. Its innovative reversible display allows you to capture readings from difficult angles of the area being measured, and it boasts an easy-to-use menu system and an illuminated display function. The built-in memory can store and remember up to 255 readings. Comes with two AAA batteries, calibration standards (one ferrous plate, one non-ferrous plate, and one standard coating plate sheet), wrist strap, and a protective box.
