The Extech 380396 can measure insulation resistance up to 60 GΩ at test voltages of 500 V, 1000 V, 2500 V, and 5000 V. It also measures polarization index (PI), dielectric absorption ratio (DAR), and AC/DC voltage to 600 V with a min/max function. It also contains peak and relative functions, as well as an IR measuring timer ranging from 1 to 15 minutes. Includes test leads, eight C batteries, a 220 V AC adaptor, a heavy-duty carrying bag, and a user handbook.
